It had been so long since I visited Osaka, I decided to stay for the weekend. I stayed the night at a small hotel in Shin Osaka on Saturday,

then headed to Umeda on Sunday to meet up with my friend♡

Since the start of the pandemic, I haven't made any big trips. I have been itching for some traveling, and so I finally decided to do it!

I decided to go back to my old stomping grounds: Osaka, specifically USJ and Umeda♡

Day two of my Osaka weekend back in February started in Umeda.
오사카 연휴에 둘째 날은 우메다에서 시작했어요.
Before going to meet friend #2 for a birthday karaoke session, my friend and I went to Lucua1100. We actually went to get birthday gifts for our friend at the Disney store. We went early in the morning because we planned to get breakfast before meeting our friend. After wandering around Lucua1100 for a bit, we decided to get a quick snack at Chano Ma.
언니#2의 노래방 생일파티 전에 루쿠아1100 갔어요. 생일 선물 사야해서 디즈니 스토어 갔어요. 다 모이기 전에 아침밥 먹을 예정이어서 아침 일찍 갔어요. 한참 돌아다니다가 차노마라는 카페 가기로했어요.
Back in December, a friend from California came to Japan for vacation~

She came down to Osaka for a day and we went to the Osaka Aquarium!

The last time I went to USJ I didn't get to go into the Cool Japan store because there were so many people and the line was crazy long. Well, the Cool Japan event was finishing August 25 and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to go after I got back from vacation.

제가 저번에 유니버셜 갔었을때 "쿨 재팬" 샵을 못 갔어요. 사람이 너무 많아서 그냥 나중에 가기로 했는데, 그 나중이 이때었어요. 쿨 재팬이 8월25일에 끝나는데, 제가 미국 갔다 와서 갈 수 있을지 모르겠는 거에요.

Back in June, I went to Universal Studios Japan with the other English teacher living in the same apartment complex! I went solely for the Sailor Moon show that was said to be ending on June 24 (only to find out that it was extended until September xD)
6월에 같은 아파트에 사는 영어 선생 언니랑 유니버셜 스튜디오 재팬 갔다 왔어요! 6월 24일에 끝났다는 세일러문 어트랙션 보러 갔어요 (근데 확장되서 9월까지 한데요 ㅋㅋ)
I mean, I was planning to go to USJ anyway, but the worry that the Sailor Moon show was ending soon gave me that little push.
