This is way overdue...but better late than never, right? xD Anywho, here's my USJ shopping adventure!
이 글 엄청 늦었는데...아예 안 쓰는 것 보단 났죠? ㅋㅋ 유니버셜 쇼핑에 대해서 쓰겠습니다!
The last time I went to USJ I didn't get to go into the Cool Japan store because there were so many people and the line was crazy long. Well, the Cool Japan event was finishing August 25 and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to go after I got back from vacation.

제가 저번에 유니버셜 갔었을때 "쿨 재팬" 샵을 못 갔어요. 사람이 너무 많아서 그냥 나중에 가기로 했는데, 그 나중이 이때었어요. 쿨 재팬이 8월25일에 끝나는데, 제가 미국 갔다 와서 갈 수 있을지 모르겠는 거에요.
So taking full advantage of my year pass, I did some USJ shopping♡
이럴때 1년 패스 있는게 너무 좋죠~ 제가 또가서 쇼핑 좀 했어요♡
This time we decided to just spend the night in Osaka instead of having to leave at 6am to go from Koka. My friend found a hostel really close to Universal. It was called J-hoppers Osaka Universal. It's just one station away from Universal City and it's was really nice. It was about $35/person for the shared room, $45/person for a private room. It was really clean and very nice. I probably will be using this place whenever I plan on going to USJ.
이번에는 그냥 오사카에서 한 밤 자고 가기로 했어요. 사는 곳에서 갈려고 하면 새벽 6시에 출발해야되거든요. 언니가 진짜 가까운 호스텔 찾아서 거기서 잤어요. J-hoppers Osaka Universal라고, 유니버셜 시티 버로 다음 역, 진짜 좋은 호스텔이었어요. 한 사람 당, 같이 쓰는 방 42000원, 걔인 방 45000원 정도. 진짜 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 아마 앞으로 유니버셜 갈때마다 여기서 자고 갈 거 같애요.

It was so nice not having to wake up super early to get ready. It was at most 15 minutes to get to the park from the hostel so there was no rush~
새벽에 안 일어나고 되는게 너무 좋았어요. 유니버셜 가는게 15정도 밖에 안 걸려서 천천히 갔어요~
We got into the park right at opening and headed straight to the Cool Japan shop.
딱 여는 시간에 들어가서 바고 쿨 재팬 숍으로 갔어요.
It was so nice because it was so empty! I could fully enjoy looking at all the goods~
하도 일찍이라서 사람이 없었는데, 너무 좋았어요! 천천히 구경할 수 있었어요~
As expected, there were so many pretty things~
예상한 대로 이쁜 거가 너무 많았어요~
I loved the inclusion of the outer scouts. I love all the colors!
다른 캐릭터 굿즈 나와서 너무 좋았어요. 색갈이 다 너무 이뻤어요!
All the Neptune x Uranus stuff was so pretty~ It took a lot of willpower not to buy everything in sight.
넵튠 + 우라니스 굿즈가 다 너무 이뻤어요~ 다 안 사는게 너무 힘들었어요.
I actually went into the store knowing that there was something I ABSOLUTELY needed to get: the Luna-P!
저는 이것 하나만 꼭 사야
When they first released the goods list, I thought everything was pretty, but I knew that there was only one thing that I needed. They had the super tiny one during the first Sailor Moon attraction, but I didn't want to pay so much for something so small. So when I saw this huge Luna-P, I knew that I NEEDED it.
새로운 굿즈를 공개했을 때부터, 다 이쁜데, 따른 것 안 사도 이건 꼭 사야겠다 생갔했어요. 저번에는 아주 작은 버전있었는데, 그 돈 주기에 너무 작아서 안 샀어요. 그래서 이 큰 루나-피는 진짜 필요했어요 ㅋㅋ
I decided that this was going to be my USJ accessory for the day. I didn't bring my headband or my pouch. I walked around sporting that Luna-P proudly!
그 날 머리띠랑 파우치 안 갖고 가서 그냥 이걸 들고 다녔어요~
We went for the whole Sailor Moon experience~ All the Sailor Moon desserts were so cute...but we were planning to have a big lunch so unfortunately we didn't get to try everything.
우리는 경험 할 수 있는 세일러 문 것 다 했어요~ 디저트들이 다 너무 이뻤어요...근데 점심 먹을 거였기 때문에 다는 못 먹었어요.
We settled for the Chibi Moon Strawberry Smoothie.
그래서 그냥 치비문 딸기 스무디 선택했어요~
It was crazy sweet...it tasted just like that Korean ice cream, the Screw Bar. It had white chocolate pieces in it...but the smoothie (which wasn't really a smoothie, it was more like a soft serve) was so sweet I couldn't taste the chocolate at all.
진짜 달았어요...근 스크류바랑 똑같았어요. 안에 화이트 초코릿이 있었는데 너무 달아서 초코릿 맛이 하나도 안 났어요 ㅋㅋ
There was a big One Piece summer event going on, so they had a lot of goods for that.
큰 원피스 여름 이벤트도 있어서 새로운 굿즈 많이 있었어요.
There were so many pretty things! It's a shame that I'm not into One Piece...but at the same time I guess it's a good thing. As cute as everything was, I didn't really want to buy anything xD
이쁜것 너무 많았어요! 제가 원피스 별로 안 좋아해서 좀 아까웠어요 ㅋㅋ 근데 어떻게 보면 다행이에요. 별로 사고 싶은 것 없어서 ㅋㅋ
We finished most of our shopping right away and just ended up hanging around the park for a bit.
쇼핑을 다 끝나고 그냥 돌아 다녔어요.
I was really happy with my outfit for the day~ I actually bought this shirt a while back, but I didn't have a chance to wear it anywhere. I figured that USJ would be a good place to try it.
저 이 날 옷 너무 좋았어요~ 제가 이 옷 점 전에 샀는데 오랫동안 안 입었어요. 유니버셜으로 입고 가면 이쁠 거 같아서 입고 갔어요~
We went to the park without eating much for breakfast, so we were pretty hungry when it got to lunch time. There isn't much to eat inside the park, so we decided to go out to the City Walk and eat something there.
아침밥 안 먹고 들어가서 좀 지나서 배가 고파지더라고요. 안에서는 먹을 게 그렇게 많지 않아서 그냐 나가서 시티워크에서 먹기로 했어요.
We decided to go all out and went to the Hard Rock Cafe. It's super fancy...and super expensive. I think I spent like $40 on my lunch...
큰 마음 먹고 하드락 카페 갔어요. 진짜...비싸요. 점심에 거의 50000원 썼나봐요...
After that fulfilling lunch, we headed back into the park~
근데 비싼 만큼 음식이 많았어요. 다 먹고 다시 유니버셜 들어 갔어요~
We went straight to the SING on Tour show. I've been obsessed with this movie lately. It was on Netflix and it's just such a cute movie! I think at one point I was watching this like 3 times a week!
들어가서 바로 "씽 온 투어" 쇼로 갔어요. 제가 요즘에 이 영화에 너무 빠져있어요 ㅋㅋ 네트플릭스에 있는데, 너무 귀여운 영화에요~ 한때 일주일에 3번 봤어요 ㅋㅋ
The show itself was a bit disappointing. I don't know what I was expecting...the movie is about singing animals. I imagine that it's hard to make a live show about that. I was actually okay until Ash. Ash's part was the worst for me xD They didn't think through the costume design properly because she looked really scary.
쇼는 그냥 그랬어요...솔직히 좀 실망했어요 ㅋㅋ 제가 뭘 기대했는데 몰라요...영화는 노래하는 동물들의 이야긴데, 당연히 라이브 쇼 만들기 어렵죠. 사질 애쉬가 나오기 전까지 괜찮았는데...최악이었어요 ㅋㅋ 아니 너무 무섭게 만들었어요...
Next we went to the Attack on Titans show. It was a 70min wait...but it was hot and the wait was inside, so we decided to wait.
그 다음은 진격의 거인 보러갔어요. 대기시간 70분이었는데, 실내 대기라서 그냥 기다리기로 했어요
...I don't know what I watched xD I know of Attack on Titans, but it wasn't for me..honestly I don't know why I watched this. I was totally indifferent and I knew it was supposed too be dramatic but I found some parts funny.
....제가 뭘 본지 모르겠어요 ㅋㅋ 진격의 거인에 대해는 알고 있었는데, 그냥 제 취향이 아니에요 ㅋㅋ 진짜 왜 봤는지 몰라요. 굉장히 진지하고 드라마틱인거 알았는데도...저는 그냥 웃겼어요.
After that we just walked around and finished any last minute shopping. I ended up buying a few more things. I had to buy the Sailor Moon snacks because the container was so cute. I figured that I'd just take the snacks with me to California and give them as gifts xD
그리고 나서 그냥 돌아다니고, 마지막에 더 살 것 있었으면 사고. 제가 결국 과자를 좀 샀어요. 통이 너무 이뻐서~ ㅋㅋ 제가 그냥 통을 갖고, 과자는 미국가서 친척 애들한테 주기로 했어요 ㅋㅋ
Sticking to tradition, we took some purikura! I finally got to try the Aoharu machine~
이제는 유니버셜 가서 스티커사진 안 찍으면 섭섭하죠~ 드디어 "아오하루" 기구를 썼어요~
I was already interested in this machine because I just couldn't figure out how they could fit so many people into the shot. Like, I know Japanese people are kinda small but they fit like 20 people in one picture! I should have just read what it said on the machine because it tells you why. Basically, you can move around the camera. You can move it closer, you can change the height, and the angles. It's really cool! The only downside is that you don't have a whole lot of time. It takes a bit of time getting used to the camera, but it's a lot of fun! I definitely enjoyed this machine...and I look forward to taking more in this machine~
제가 진짜 관심있었던 기구였어요. 아니, 보면 한 컷에 막 20명 정도 들어가는 거에요! 제가 도저히 이해가 안 가는 거에요. 이제 보면 그냥 제대로 읽었으면 알았을텐데 ㅋㅋㅋ 안에 들어가서 카메라를 움직일 수 있는 거에요. 진짜 신기했어요. 그냥 시간이 좀 더 있었으면 좋았을 텐데... 앞으로도 많이 쓸 생각이에요~
Anyway, this was my last big adventure before my long awaited summer trip, which is going to be my next series! Look forward to those posts!
아무튼, 제가 오랫동안 기다렸던 여름여행 전에 일본에 마지막 놀이였어요~ ㅋㅋ 미국에서 진짜 재밌게 놀았는데 앞으로 그 글들 기대하세요 :)
