Hongdae Day 🛍

While I didn't do much, I of course did a little shopping while in Korea. In particular, I had a little Hongdae day ♡

많이는 못했지만 한국에서 쇼핑을 조금 했어요. 하루는 홍대에서 하루종일 보냈어요~♡

The baby bro wanted to get come unique souvenirs for his girlfriend and roommates. I figured that since they were all girls in their early 20s, they would enjoy some cute Kakao Friends goods!

동생이 여자친구랑 룸메 들한테 선물 사고 싶다고 했어요. 다들 20대 초반이라 귀여운거를 좋아할 거 같아서 카카오 스토어를 가자고 했어요.

At this point during my trip, I didn't anything left except to finish my souvenir shopping. I had to buy gifts for my family, friends, and co-workers. I had been playing around too much and with my trip coming to an end, it was crunch time to get everything I needed.

이때에는 마지막으로 해야했던 것은 기념품 쇼핑. 가족, 친구, 알바 동료들을 위한 기념품. 너무 놀아 가지고, 시간과 돈이 부족했습니다. 여행 거의 다 끝나가는데 아직도 기념품을 안 산 상태 ㅋㅋ

So it began, my last minute shopping spree~♡

Hongdae & Edae Haul

Last week, I decided to go out and explore. No one was home, so instead of just staying in, I went to Hongdae and Edae...and ended up spending so much money ㅠㅠ

저번 주 저 서울 갔다왔습니다~ 아무도 집에 없어서, 혼자 있는데신 홍대랑 이대 가서...돈 진짜 많이 섰어요ㅠㅠ

As both Hongdae (Hongik University) and Edae (Ewha Women's University) are universities, the shopping area is very nice, and targeted towards the younger crowd.

홍대랑 이대는 대학이라, 젊은 사람들이 좋아할만한 가게만 있더라고요.

Hongdae is much livelier at night with a lot of clubs and many live performances.

홍대는 밤에 가야되요! 크럽도 많고, 라이브 공연도 많아요.

Tea & more GOT7

I don't drink coffee, and I'm not much of a soda person either. It's always juice or water for me. Juice usually has too much sugar, so I decided to try out some tea from The Republic of Tea.

제가 커피를 안 마시고, 탐산음료도 별로 좋아하지 않아요. 물이나 주스를 많이 마셔요. 주스는 설탕이 많이 들어가잖아요.. 살 좀 뺄려고, 차를 마시기 시작할려고요. 그래서 리퍼블릭 오브 티에서 차 샀어요.

I didn't want to buy too much, just in case I didn't like any of the tea I bought.

안 좋아할 수도 있으니깐 일부러 많이 안 샀어요.

Outlet / Koreatown Haul

I think I really have a shopping addiction.

제가 진짜 쇼핑 중독인가봐요.

After spending so much at Sephora two weeks ago, I went to Citadel Outlets and Koreatown last week and got more things that I don't need.

2 주 전에 세포라에서 돈 많이 썼는데도, 저번 주 세시타델 아울렛랑 LA 한인타운가고 또 쓸때없는 것을 더 샀죠.

Since I don't drink coffee or hot tea, I really don't have a need for another mug cup...but I could not pass on this. It was just too cute!

제가 커피나 차를 안 마셔서 머그컵 또 살 필요하지 않은데....이거 보고 패스 못 했어요. 너무 귀엽잖아요!

Saturday Shopping Spree

Happy Saturday everyone~

여러분, 좋은 토요일이에용~

My mom had a day off so we decided to have a Girls' Day Out ;) Since she had a bunch of GAP rewards she wanted to redeem, we decided to just go to the mall. Obviously, I got some clothes, but the highlight of my day was my Makeup and Nail haul :)

엄마가 쉬는 날이라서 데이트하기로 했어요~ 어차피 갭으로 가야되서, 그냥 백화점으로 가리로 했어요. 당연히 옷도 샀지만, 오늘에 하이라이트는 화장품 & 네일 하울이였죠 ;))

Addicted to Phone Cases

As much as I would like to, I can't get a new phone whenever I wantㅠㅠ I can't afford to...and even if I could, I don't think that would be a good use of money. With new phones constantly coming out, it's hard to ever be satisfied with what you have...

So, in order to suppress my desire, I've come up with a new hobby: buying phone cases. I currently have 7 cases, and I'm hoping to stop there xD

Selfie Stick

I debated a long time about whether or not I should get a selfie stick. I love taking selfies and pictures in general, so the selfie stick seemed like a really good idea. What held me back from getting one right away was that using a selfie stick brings unnecessary attention to me. I want to take selfies in peace, not having to be conscious of other people staring. So after a long internal debate of whether or not I should get a selfie stick, I finally said "Why not?"

Little Tokyo / Koreatown Shopping

Usually, my Fridays are spent alone. Both my parents work and my brother goes to school, but today, both my parents had the day off and my brother had a half day. Since we had to go to Ktown for my brother's hair cut, we just decided to leave earlier and have some lunch before.

I requested to go to Little Tokyo, of course ;) I've been meeting to go for a while now because I wanted to buy new magazines. I spend so much money on Japanese fashion magazines but the problem is, I can't read them ㅠㅠ I can read Hiragana, Katakana and the very basic Kanji, but I don't know enough to actually read anything...

So we did end up going to both Little Tokyo and Koreatown. I ended up getting $60+ worth of stuff...though I think I spent a little too much xD
